Should we have IQ requirements, castes or class to be registered to vote in this country? If that was the case, only the rich and college educated would be able to vote. That prevents a WHOLE lot of people from voting, including the ones dumb enough to buy those T-Shirts. What gives people the right to vote in this country anyway? It's the CONSTITUTION. Take that right away and Democracy in America is a lie. Well, at least the America known before the Voting Rights Act will be there, but it will exclude a wider spectrum of the population.
