That prevents a WHOLE lot of people from voting, including the ones dumb enough to buy those T-Shirts. What gives people the right to vote in this country anyway? It's the CONSTITUTION. Take that right away and Democracy in America is a lie. Well, at least the America known before the Voting Rights Act will be there, but it will exclude a wider spectrum of the population.
