Homeless in NYC: a rising dilemma

Too many huddled homeless in NYC
"In New York City, we have more homeless people each night than at anytime since the Great Depression of the 1930's," said Patrick Markee, Coalition for the Homeless. Forty-six thousand people are living in shelters. Many don't make it inside and are sleeping on the streets.
