The Cobb County Police Department Crimes Against Persons Unit is investigating a robbery by intimidation that occurred on Monday, August 5, 2019, at 4:40 p.m. The location of the incident was 2675 Windy Hill Road in Precinct Three.
Uniform officers responded to the Wells Fargo bank in reference to a robbery by intimidation. The suspect entered the bank and presented a demand note asking for currency. An undisclosed amount of cash was given to the suspect. The suspect fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 40-50 years old, wearing a ball cap and glasses.
The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact the Cobb County Police Department at 770-499-3945.
