Infusion Theory technology news at ATL event

Executives Agile Into Waterfall Using the "Infusion Theory" event happened last night in Matrix Resources headquarters in Sandy Springs. Presenters were Reo Oravec & Norman Brodeur.

"In our current challenging IT environment with strained resources, rapid delivery schedules and dynamic team structures, agile even in Waterfall Delivery is required in nearly every step of a project. This includes product launch, scrums and milestone setting. Personal and project team delivery are called for and the best practices for both are covered in this mini-workshop session. Material from the new version of the Infusion Theory will be covered and put into practice. We will review expanding individual execution skills and techniques, along with an interactive project team centric scenario created by Norman Brodeur.

About the Speakers:
Reo Oravec is Adjunct Professor Global Executive Academy of the Internazionale Instituto di Decisioni Scienze. He is also certified in International Project Management and Strategic Planning, and attended Harvard Law School, the University of Oxford and the Sloan School of Business at MIT. The Infusion Theory Thesis material in this workshop are from his “Best Practices Guild-Book Series” in which the Infusion Theory was used as foundational content. In his over 25 years in IT, Oravec has delivered tens of millions of dollars of projects with F100 companies for the EU Division of Anderson Consulting and was a CIO of a Dot-Com.
 

Norman Brodeur has a passion for project management and quality management and because of his passions he often looks for ways to better improve process for both projects and quality management teams. He has developed over the year’s ways to increase productivity by up to 40% by reducing timelines and/or budget for projects. Norman helps organizations determine the optimal pieces of a process or methodology that will work in their organization. His accomplishments include:
- Developed Rapid IT Infusion for organizations to implement Agile into a Waterfall environment
- Developed Rapid Compliance Program for Life Science organizations to speed up their remediation times for regulatory compliance issues
- Developed Rapid IT Agility to provide a framework
