Tyre Nichols, killed by police in Memphis, Tenn., was funeralizjed today. Those attending his funeral, including U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris, vowed to take action and include legislation invoking a Duty to Relieve addition in his honor to a proposed George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.
