Wish I had known. I too had many issues with the people in Lexington, (UK) and I just packed up and let them have it. And you were in need comment and guidance away from the work place. The pay issue even exists today but well justified within the org. What people of Color bring to the work place is a wish to be a part including another point of view that 85% of coworkers do not want to hear because it exposes their parent's generation of mistreatment of others<br />And also exposes them as they go down the same path.
